We are seeking a highly motivated Part Sales / Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kelowna. This role is suited to an individual committed to advancing their knowledge in a fast paced, team oriented organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide general quotes on Aircraft parts
- Drive part sales and assist customers
- Complete order fulfillment cycle
Core Skills and Education
Reporting to the Part Sales Supervisor, key skills required for this role include:
- Preference given to applicants with 2 years’ experience in supply chain environment
- Proven track record in sales and/or customer service
- Demonstrate problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability, desire and flexibility to implement and manager change
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and written
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
